Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about praying the Rosary here — how the site works, what it is (and isn't), and how we support it.
No. This site is a companion, not a replacement. Physical rosary beads carry their own devotional and sacramental tradition, and we encourage you to keep using yours. This tool exists for moments when you don't have beads on hand, want audio guidance, or are just getting started and would like a guided introduction.
Ads cover hosting and development costs so the core Rosary experience can stay free for everyone, with no paywall on prayer. We deliberately avoid intrusive ad behavior while you're praying — ads don't reload mid-decade or interrupt the flow of prayer — and we filter ad categories to keep what's shown appropriate for a devotional setting. See our Terms of Service for more on advertising.
No. Catholic Daily Rosary is an independent devotional project and is not an official publication of any diocese, parish, or the Vatican. We follow traditional, widely used Catholic prayer wording, but this site is not a substitute for participation in the sacraments or guidance from a priest. Learn more on our About page.
Yes. The full Rosary experience — the illustrated bead tracker, all supported languages, and audio read-aloud — works right away with no sign-up required.
You can pray in English, Ecclesiastical Latin, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, and switch languages at any point during prayer.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on what's collected and how it's used.
We'd like to hear from you. Reach out through our Contact page and we'll read every message, though as an independently run project, replies may take a few days.
